Your phone is full of saved recipes. Dinner is still not planned.

You do not need another list of 100 toddler meals. You need a few realistic options that fit what your child already accepts, the time you have, and the groceries you can actually use.

Saved recipes everywhere — Pinterest, Instagram, browser tabs.

Meal ideas that ignore what your toddler already eats.

Planning and grocery decisions still left to you.

Not another recipe app. A dinner rescue plan.

      Tell us what they accept

Age, allergies, dislikes, and a few foods they already eat.

      Get three realistic dinners

Three dinners built around familiar foods, with practical prep times and one organized grocery list.

    3. 3

      Tell us what happened

Log what they ate, picked at, or refused. Tiny Tummies uses that feedback when building future plans.

Familiar-first planning can make a dinner easier to offer. It cannot promise your child will eat it. Tiny Tummies is not medical advice — read how it works and what it can’t do.

Gracie, the parent who built Tiny Tummies

Built by a parent who was tired of saving recipes and still starting dinner from scratch.

I’m Gracie. I built Tiny Tummies after too many evenings spent wondering what my toddlers might actually eat, and too many recipes saved to a Pinterest board that never became a real dinner.

So I made the thing I wanted at 5 p.m.: three dinners built from the foods my kids already accepted, and one grocery list I could shop in a single trip.

    Questions parents ask

    What information is needed?
Your child's age, any allergies, foods they dislike, a few foods they already accept, and how much time you have to cook. That's it — no tracking, no calorie counting.
What if my toddler rejects a dinner?
Mark what happened on the meal. Tiny Tummies records that outcome and uses it to shape future suggestions. Nothing here promises your child will eat a given dinner.
    How are allergies used?
Allergens you enter are excluded from generated meals and the grocery list, based on the recipe data we hold. That filtering can miss cross-contamination, brand variations, and hidden ingredients — always read product labels before serving.
    Is this medical advice?
No. Tiny Tummies is a planning tool, not medical, nutritional, or feeding-therapy advice. Follow your pediatrician or feeding professional for your child's specific needs.
Does it work without downloading an app?
Yes. Tiny Tummies runs in your browser on phone, tablet, or computer. You can add it to your home screen if you want an app-like icon, but no download is required.
    What is included free?
One free 3-Dinner Rescue Plan per account: three dinners, one organized grocery list, and one child profile. No credit card. It stays saved to your account.
    When does the trial begin?
Only when you ask for a second plan after using your free Rescue Plan. At that point you can start a 7-day Pro trial. Signing up on its own never starts a trial.

Tonight’s dinner does not need to start from scratch.
