This Privacy Policy explains how Tiny Tummies, a product of Tentai Megumi, Inc. ("Tiny Tummies," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Tiny Tummies website and web app (installable as a progressive web app), together with the features offered through it (the "Service").

Tentai Megumi, Inc. is a Wyoming corporation. The Service is currently offered to families in the United States during an early founding period.

I. Who the Service Is For

Tiny Tummies is intended for adults — parents and legal guardians — who plan meals for young children. Children are not intended to create accounts or use the Service directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Information about a child in the Service is provided by the parent or guardian who holds the account. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, contact us and we will remove it.

II. Information We Collect

A. Information you provide

Account information: email address and authentication credentials, plus an optional display name. Passwords are stored in hashed form by our authentication provider; we never see your password.
Child profile information: a first name or nickname (optional), age or date of birth, and texture/eating stage. We use age to apply age-appropriate food guidance.
Food and preference information: allergies and foods to avoid, dislikes, accepted or "safe" foods, favorite meals, sensory preferences, and feedback about whether a meal was eaten. This is used to build and adjust your plans.
Planning content: weekly plans, saved and imported recipes, grocery lists, pantry items, notes, and any photos you choose to upload (for example, to community posts).
Communications: messages you send us for support, and your email preferences.

We do not collect breast-milk or formula feeding logs, height, weight or growth measurements, or symptom and reaction diagnoses.

B. Information collected automatically

Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages and features used, and timestamps.
Error and performance data: crash reports and diagnostic details when something goes wrong.

We do not use advertising SDKs and we do not sell your personal information.

III. Why We Use It

To create your account and provide the Service.
To generate meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists that respect the allergies, dislikes, and preferences you enter.
To process subscription payments and manage billing.
To send transactional and product emails you have asked for, and to respond to support requests.
To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, fix bugs, and improve features.
To comply with legal and tax obligations.

IV. Service Providers We Use

Provider	What it does
Supabase	Hosting of the database, authentication, file storage, and server functions.
Stripe	Payment processing and subscription billing. Card details go directly to Stripe; Tiny Tummies never stores your full card number.
Resend	Delivery of account, transactional, and product emails.
PostHog, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity	Product and website analytics, where currently configured. These may collect technical usage information such as pages viewed and interactions.
Sentry	Error and performance monitoring.
AI providers	Some meal-planning and recipe-processing features send limited information — such as ages, allergies, dislikes, accepted foods, and recipe text — to third-party AI models to generate suggestions. We do not send your email address or payment details to these providers.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of users.

V. Security and Retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting provider, and database access is restricted with row-level security so accounts can only reach their own data. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

We keep your information while your account is active. Limited payment and transaction records may be retained after deletion where required for tax, accounting, or dispute purposes.

VI. Your Choices and Deleting Your Data

Access and correction: you can view and edit your profile, child profiles, and food preferences in the app at any time.
Deletion: you can permanently delete your account and its data from Settings → Danger Zone. Deletion removes your profiles, plans, recipes, uploads, and email subscriptions. You can also email us to request deletion.
Email: unsubscribe from product emails using the link in any email or in your notification settings.
California residents: you may request to know, delete, or correct your personal information, and we do not sell or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

VII. United States Only

The Service is currently offered to users in the United States and data is processed in the United States. We do not currently market the Service in the European Union or United Kingdom and make no claim of GDPR-specific compliance programs.

VIII. Not Medical Advice

Tiny Tummies is a meal-planning and organization tool. It is not a medical device or a medical service and does not provide medical, nutritional, or clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content is not reviewed by a pediatrician, registered dietitian, feeding therapist, or other clinician. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your child's diet, allergies, or health, and always check ingredients and labels yourself.

IX. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notifying you in the app or by email.
