I. Agreement

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Tentai Megumi, Inc., a Wyoming corporation doing business as Tiny Tummies ("Tiny Tummies," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of the Tiny Tummies website and web app — accessed through a web browser, and optionally installed to your home screen as a progressive web app — together with all features offered through it (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

A. Eligibility

The Service is intended for adults age 18 or older who are parents or legal guardians planning meals for their children. Children are not intended to use the Service directly. The Service is currently offered in the United States during an early founding period.

II. Not Medical or Nutritional Advice

TINY TUMMIES IS A MEAL-PLANNING AND ORGANIZATION TOOL. IT IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL, CLINICAL, OR NUTRITIONAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

Informational purposes only. Meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, and guidance are for informational and organizational purposes. Content is not reviewed by a pediatrician, registered dietitian, feeding therapist, or other clinician.
Consult a professional. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before changing your child's diet, introducing new foods, or acting on any health concern.

III. Your Responsibility for Food Safety

You are solely responsible for deciding what is safe and appropriate for your child. Allergy, ingredient, and age filters are best-effort tools and can be incomplete or wrong. You must review every recipe, ingredient list, and product label, and judge preparation, texture, portion size, and choking risk yourself before serving any food. We do not guarantee that any plan or recipe is free of allergens or suitable for your child.

IV. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content

Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence to generate or process meal plans, recipes, and imported recipe content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent, and may include incorrect ingredients, quantities, timings, or nutrition statements. Treat all AI-assisted output as a suggestion to review, not as verified instruction.

V. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use.

VI. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

A. Free access

Every account receives one free 3-Dinner Rescue Plan. This is a one-time free plan per account, not a recurring monthly allowance. No payment card is required for it.

B. Tiny Tummies Pro

Tiny Tummies Pro is an optional paid subscription offered at $79 per year or $9 per month, plus applicable tax. Pricing shown at checkout controls.

C. Trial

A 7-day trial may be offered when you request additional Pro value after your free Rescue Plan. It is not granted automatically at signup. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and the applicable fee is charged.

D. Payments and renewal

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Tiny Tummies. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until cancelled.

E. Cancellation and no refunds

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings in the app, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. All payments are final and non-refundable, including partial billing periods and unused time. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@tinytummies.app and we will review the charge. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.

VII. License and Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your household's own meal planning. The Service and its content, software, and design remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add — child profiles, preferences, notes, imported recipes, photos, and community posts. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the Service for you. Content you post publicly (for example, community posts) may be visible to other users.

VIII. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Post inaccurate, harmful, or objectionable content.
Harass, abuse, or impersonate others.
Attempt to access other users' data or bypass access limits.
Use the Service for commercial resale or automated scraping.
Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service.

IX. Availability and Changes

The Service is in an early founding stage. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued, and availability is not guaranteed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings.

X. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and is part of these Terms.

XI. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ITS OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR CHILD.

XII. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TENTAI MEGUMI, INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

XIII. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tentai Megumi, Inc., its officers, and its personnel from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

XIV. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by notice in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

XV. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules. You and Tentai Megumi, Inc. agree that the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service. We will first try to resolve any dispute informally — please email us before starting a formal proceeding. There is no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver in these Terms.
